Big organizations run on data, expert systems, and staff who know how to read them. Most people and most small businesses don't have any of that. Our thesis is simple: public data plus modern AI can close that gap, one well-made product at a time.
Every product we build follows the same rules. It has to explain itself in plain English. It has to be honest about what it knows and cite where it got it. And it has to treat the person's data as theirs — used for the job in front of it, and nothing else.

Photograph a lab report and get every result explained in plain English — built from the lab's own flags and trusted medical sources, with trends over time and a sheet for the doctor's visit. Never a diagnosis; reports are read once and deleted.

The Little Guy LLC was founded by Brock McDermott, who spent more than a decade in healthcare operations and health technology helping hospital systems put their data to work — and kept noticing that the people on the other side of the counter never got the same tools. The company is based in Utah and builds its products with a small team and modern AI tooling.
